8th CEC Cup Ice Hockey Tournament played at Kargil (Jammu and Kashmir)
The final of the 8th CEC Cup Ice Hockey Tournament played between Ice Hockey Champion Team of Kargil City Club Drass and Nindum Khangral was won by City Club Drass by two goals.
